startops.sh is for founders and small teams before HatTrick is the right product. A startup, daycare, local service business, or SaaS company may not yet have stable operating history to assess. It still needs to discover fit, purpose, customers, constraints, economics, and the operating model it is trying to become.
startops.sh uses an MCP-based approach to organize that discovery. The goal is not to write a generic business plan. The goal is to keep assumptions, evidence, decisions, experiments, and formation artifacts connected while the business is still becoming legible.
